Offering a completely unique and unrivalled English countryside experience to just sixteen guests at a time, Guy Ritchie reopens the gates of his Wiltshire estate in Spring 2025 for a luxury weekend away like no other.

Following on from the success of our inaugural summer series with culinary heavyweights like Adriana Cavita, Niklas Ekstedt and Chetan Sharma, we’ve assembled another stellar line-up of talented guest chefs to work their magic in the legendary director’s lakeside WildKitchen.

This season guests will have the chance to experience even more of Ashcombe over a whole weekend. Guy Ritchie added two new bedroom suites to the six elegant farmhouse en-suite doubles, each furnished by interior designer, Edward Hurst, in the style of a nineteenth century New England shooting lodge.

The new rooms are situated on the top floor of the former brewery, offering spectacular views of Cranborne Chase; 380 square miles of rare chalk grasslands and ancient woodlands within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and International Dark Sky Reserve.


Guests are invited to stay for two nights at a time, with breakfast included and a varied menu from Carousel available to order from the taproom throughout the weekend. There’s also a bespoke sauna, wild swimming and yoga session on offer, alongside food and drink workshops from Carousel. The highlight of course is the main event: the guest chef experience in the WildKitchen.

Before sundown on Saturday evening, you’ll be driven down to New Lake in the estate’s iconic gunbus, where you’ll then spend the evening in the company of our guest chef that weekend in the WildKitchen; Guy Ritchie’s copper and canvas paean to fire, smoke and ash. Over several hours, you’ll enjoy a series of dishes cooked exclusively over fire and introduced, course by course, by the guest chef. Matched wines, beers and cocktails will be available to order as the evening wears on.

As night falls and the embers die down, you’ll be taken back to the farmhouse for a nightcap in the communal sitting room before turning in.
