May to September 2025
Offering a luxury weekend escape to just sixteen guests at a time, Guy Ritchie reopens the gates of his Wiltshire estate this summer. With Carousel in residence, we’re joined by another all-star line-up of guest chefs who will each work their magic in the legendary director’s lakeside WildKitchen. But the chef’s table experience is just the beginning.
This season guests will have the chance to experience Ashcombe’s breath-taking landscapes and elegant country interiors over a whole weekend, with exceptional food and drink, leisurely outdoor pursuits and fireside nightcaps on offer throughout.

Rooms
With lavish interiors by Edward Hurst, the estate’s farmhouse was recently featured in House & Garden. Its six en-suite double bedrooms each have their own unique personality, featuring handpicked artworks and antiques from the Ritchie family’s own collection. The two new Hayloft suites, meanwhile, offer extraordinary luxury and towering views over Cranbourne Chase, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and International Dark Dky Reserve.

WildKitchen
With a starring role in The Gentlemen, the lakeside WildKitchen is the apotheosis of Guy Ritchie’s passion for cooking over fire. Following the success of our inaugural series, we’ve assembled another stellar line-up for the summer, featuring some of the very best chefs in the UK, alongside Michelin-starred talent from Athens, Berlin and Mexico City. Each will join us in the WildKitchen for a one-night-only live fire chef’s table experience.

Food & Drink
Back at the old brewery, with its uninterrupted views of the Wiltshire countryside, the Carousel team will be offering a varied menu of wood-fired bar snacks and small plates, available to order throughout the weekend. Arrive in good time on Friday evening for a relaxed set menu featuring the likes of wood-roasted monkfish, guajillo and smoked butter, served with hand-cut chipe. The perfect warm-up act for Saturday’s WildKitchen experience.

Activities
Guests can now experience Ashcombe’s breathtaking landscapes over a whole weekend, with leisurely walks, wild swimming and a bespoke sauna to restore the equilibrium. The sauna is part of the brand new lakeside spa designed by Guy Ritchie himself, where you can indulge in a selection of treatments. Alternatively, wander the estate’s footpaths, map in hand, enjoying the rare chalk grasslands and ancient woodlands.
