Ahead of opening his “charming fine dining” concept, Aftergold, in Manhattan, Nate showcases dishes like ‘Raw scallops with rhubarb and a sauce of yuzu and wasabi, almond & makrut lime', blending heartwarming flavours with forward-thinking techniques.

Returning for another week of live-fire magic, Ana Ortiz brings her smoky Ecuadorian flavours back to Carousel.
