As ever we’re going all out this Christmas with an imaginative seasonal menu that’s big on technique and even bigger on flavour.
Incorporating some rather fantastic ideas of our own with influences from our all-time favourite guest chefs, December at Carousel is all about the joy of the finest British ingredients placed in the hands of a talented young team who count Kitchen Table, Fera at Claridge’s and The Typing Room among their alma maters.
Past dishes include an ‘Open Raviolo of Duck Ragù and Parmesan’, ‘Cornish Scallop, Delica Pumpkin Tikka and Confit Lemon’ and ‘Warm Sourdough Crumpets with Baron Bigod and Black Walnut Ketchup’, so you’re in safe hands…
