At Husk, in Nashville, executive chef Ben Norton is redefining what it means to cook and eat in the South. Reinterpreting the bounty of Tennessee and the surrounding area, Husk’s proudly southern identity is rooted in Norton’s close relationships with local farmers and the restaurant’s own kitchen garden.
Chishuru - LONDON
Chishuru is the award-winning modern West African restaurant from Adejoké ‘Joké’ Bakare. After opening in 2020, Chishuru was quick to earn rave reviews for Joké’s ever-evolving tasting menus, which put a creative, contemporary twist on traditional and lesser-known West African dishes.

Harriet Mansell’s sustainably-minded restaurant and wine bar Lilac has breathed new life into the Dorset dining scene, cementing her status as one of the UK’s most exciting talents. King is New York restaurant royalty. Simple, elegant and effortlessly brilliant, it's a timeless gem that deserves every bit of its continuing success. We’re hyped to be bringing King to Charlotte Street next month, when co-founders Jess Shadbolt and Annie Shi and chef de cuisine Angeles Chavarria will be joining us in the kitchen for five spectacular nights.
Where The Light Gets In - STOCKPORT
Where the Light Gets In is the impeccable debut restaurant from ex L’Enclume chef and local Stockport lad, Sam Buckley. Opened in 2016, WTLGI was quick to gain legend status, earning rave reviews in the press for its impressively innovative, sustainably-minded British cooking. We’re more than chuffed to be bringing a taste of this northern culinary institution to the capital for two weeks.
