Alex Haupt - 101 GOWRIE, AMSTERDAM
Alex Haupt is an Australian chef with German and Japanese roots, and the owner of 101 Gowrie, arguably one of the hottest restaurants in Europe right now. Alex was awarded Young Chef of the Year in 2021 by the Michelin Guide to The Netherlands, deserved recognition for his innovative ‘gaijin’ cuisine: a celebration of cultural diversity through Japanese traditions and techniques, “with a respectful disregard for the rules of regular convention”. Alex joins us for one night only.
