Shuli is an Israeli chef with a love of connecting people around the table. Her food is comforting and flavourful, influenced by the many different cultures she grew up with back home, while her choice of ingredients is exactly what you'd expect from a chef who's spent the past four years at the River Café: super seasonal and super fresh.
