Vibrant veggies – chilli butter spring greens, asparagus with buttermilk Jersey Royals and Almería tomatoes (paired with housemade brie, no less) - sit alongside carefully chosen meat and fish from our favourite British suppliers. New pastas with spicy 'nduja and creamy stracciatella tick the ‘comfort’ box, as do the desserts that have taken a turn for the nostalgic this time round – cookies and milk ice cream, anyone?
