It’s a new year and that means a brand new crop of seasonal lunch plates from the chef team in the Carousel kitchen. We’ve got all you need to make it through the chilly days with a plethora of warming, unctuous plates to feast on. Think rich Agnolotti with caramelized onion sauce, an earthy baked whole Celariac in Sourdough and our famous Mussels with delicate slivers of rhubarb and lashings of chilli. If that doesn’t warm you up, we’re not sure anything will.
