With homemade flatbreads on hand, this is a menu you’ll want to dredge, dip, mop and scoop your way through with a friend who won’t judge you for looking like a complete pig. Favourites include pork skewers with reduced Bramley apple honey and garum glaze, tempura trout with ‘mushy peas’, smoked tomato and ricotta garganelli and the last word in burrata. Our advice though? Try ‘em all.
